Please add landscape mode lock functionality for iPhone!

I have the same issue. Since many years Waze or Google maps does not add much features like this one which could be very simple for their developer to add. Very sad that the clients voice does not make any influence in this big company.

Please add landscape lock,
it suppose to be so easy for you to do it,
it drives me crazy on my motorcycle,
sometimes the screen is completely upside down,
i can see from former comments its been asked for over 6 years by now!!!!
its Great that you gave us "Motorcycle mode",
but its almost useless with out landscape lock.

I would like to see this feature added to iOS as well. I mirror my phone on my in dash display, and it obviously doesn't stay in landscape mode while sitting in my console. Thanks.

I would like this function on my App, because I use the phone with a holder that is attached in the wheel. So when I move the wheel the visualization changes horizontal to vertical all my driving. Please improve this change.

I hook my phone up to my built in screen and a way to force Waze specifically to stay in landscape would help immensely. It's distracting and dangerous without it.

I agree with this feature! Also a motorcycle rider, have an option of portrait/landscape orientation lock. On turns the map freaks out and changes all of the time.

App is unusable on motorcycle without a means to lock the orientation.

I use Waze while commuting on my motorcycle and it would be great to have an orientation lock. Yes, the Apple iPhone has an orientation lock, but it pnly works to lock the phone in portrait mode. I use the iPhone exclusively in landscape mode when on the motorcycle. As a result, the waze map changes orientation randomly as vibrations excite the accelerometer. Have the ability to lock the waze orientation within the application itself would make it muchore usable for those of is that ride.
