Would appreciate if Waze could add up HUD.

In new Volkswagen car models like the ID4. You can see in the front window of a car a projection where to make a turn (blue arrows). Not sure if this feature is properitary and can be only used with the Volkswagen navigation. I would love to see this working with Waze, too!

Me gustaría aportar una idea y es que se pudiese usar como Head-Up Display como opción y así evitar mirar el móvil cuando se conduce evitando posibles accidentes,no?
Se podría hacer añadiendo una opción en los ajustes llamándola HUD y lo que haría es invertir la imagen como si fuese un espejo de tal forma que al verse reflejada en el parabrisas de nuestro vehículo fuese la correspondiente a la original de aplicación sin dicha opción.

Tendo um opel com head up display gostaria de ter a informacao do waze projectada no mesmo (como acontece com sistema de navegagao da opel ou com o google) - informacao nomeadamente de mudanca d direccao - rotundas - cruzamentos, etc

I consider HUD to be a necesarry safety feature. It would relieve the issue of having to drop your vision to see the Waze screen. And we all know an accident can happen in a millisecond if you're not paying attention. Please develop this into the app. It's just part of the app's needed evolution. Thank you.

I'm ready to give up waze for a purchased app, because I can't use it in HUD mode. It's not a caprice, it's a matter of safety to look always ahead. Besides if the phone were placed on the dashboard, it would not tempt the driver to touch it. Design a hud version. We buy it, just launch it.
