Connecticut parkways forbid ANY trailer. Not just a commercial issue. I just paid a hefty fine because I towed a small uhaul trailer behind my car.

This isn’t just commercial, it’s anyone with a trailer on parkways in Connecticut. I just got slammed with a big ticket towing a small uhaul trailer

Hello. Would it be possible to propose an option for users driving commercial vehicles, in order to avoid accidents at tunnel's entrance (it's impossible to escape !)

On some highways in New York you cannot drive a commercial vehicle, please add this option into you vehicle type option, we would all love it.

This was requested 2014, 8 years later isn’t waze still considering this? Should we move to another app CMV friendly? Not only the truck road feature is needed but also things like truck park areas and diesel for large trucks since many gas stations have diesel but not all can’t fit a Class A/B truck. Cmon Waze have you ever heard the “there’s always room for improvement”? Don’t stay behind on this any longer

Many states have roads that are passenger car only. WAZE could use an 'exclude road function' which would allow commercial drivers to have a list of roads that they can never use to be excluded ftom the route generation logic. You obviously have the basics for this function since you can exclude toll roads, unpaved roads, etc. This function would be very helpful since today the only routes that WAZE supplies sometimes are only for roads we can't use. Lastly, in NY, if you have a business sign on your car you are considered a commercial vehicle and are not allowed on passenger car only roads.

I live in NY and when I rent a Box Truck you are NOT allowed on Pkwys in NY - Pulling my hair out trying to find an app that does this. I love Waze and it's my favorite app - other navigation app's don't offer it either - would love to have available

I drive a commercial vehicle and I’m not allowed on parkways only with my vehicle. The app would be a lot better if it would just avoid the parkways, (not highways or freeways). Set it up to avoid any Parkway and it would be a great pleasure.

You can use parkways for personal towing of boat or horse trailer but not cows they are considered commercial

I need to be able to avoid parkways when driving the ambulette at work, there should be a feature to include that. You have everything else but parkways
