I don't know if it's a legal but I still can't imagine why this is not implemented in the app yet. Could you just explain the reason? This cannot be a technical matter?..

Would be extremely helpful to add Posted Speed Limit to app, similar to the way Garmin provides. Would really complement existing feature of displaying vehicles speed.

Great idea! Maybe even an optional setting for Waze to warn you when you are in excess of the posted speed!

I need this feature immediately. I need to know the speed limit to drop below when waze alerts me to a speed trap. Otherwise, I drop to a snails pace which annoys other drivers. I drive in DC a lot and speed cams are everywhere but finding the so called posted speed limit is impossible in most cases!!

The option of adding speed limit (signs) shouldn't be limited to map editors (if the feture will be added) but to regular drivers, the same as reporting a hazard or police

Should be pretty easy to implement, is already implemented in many apps, and would be very useful. I can't believe it's still not part of the application.
