    Please implement a floating window for waze like the google maps has it!!! So uncomfortable without it

    This is the reason I use other nav apps and the only feature that is stopping Waze from standing above all others

    Please have the app designers enable app to draw over other apps when you minimize it. It does play in the background well and call out alerts. In app permissions settings you can turn on draw over other apps but the function doesn't execute.

    This is the reason I don't use waze. If you would not lock the voting on this suggestion, it would have million votes...

    Multi-Destination and pip are absolute no-brainers for Waze

    It's pretty shocking they haven't been implemented yet, given that Waze has a more professional user base than Google Maps, when used in the app form eg. by drivers, couriers and taxi drivers

    The one thing that keeps me from using Waze as my primary is that it doesn't have PIP like Google Maps... This has been suggested before, but long ago enough that I can't vote for it anymore.

    Can't believe it's been 5 years and this hasn't been added yet. It's the one reason I don't use it.

    Please add a thumbnail for directions when the app is minimized. Google Maps has this feature and it's great! Waze directions disappear when the app is minimized.

    The fact this app doesn't have this feature these days is insane. It's been out for years on Google maps, Netflix, Hulu, etc. The most irritating thing about Waze. Makes this app feel 15 years old and outdated in current technology.

    I would like to have the feature that when I leave the app but have the directions still running to have “turn alerts” or “direction display” the top of my phone or an alert when a new direction is coming up. Instead of having to go back to the app for the directions.

    I am forced to use Google Maps on a regular basis because Waze does not have a floating window option. Come on, Waze!!

    I see the windowed mode (PIP) mandatory for gps app!
