Time Based Restrictions, can we make this happen guys?
"No left turn between 7am and 10 am."
"Do not enter between 3pm and 6pm."
There are thousands of these signs in hundreds of cities all over the US. Can't we allow for local map editors to save time based restrictions into the map?

some streets have usage restrictions during rush hours, etc.; but the app still tells driver to use the street then drivers get tickets

This exists now, as Alexey and Daniel stated 3 years ago. Waze just hasn't updated this in a long time.

It's already possible to add Time Based Restrictions, selecting a road segment, or in the junction.

In my city of 7 million people, Santiago, Chile, most of the streets are one-way and a large number of them change direction based on the time of day. Until time-based restrictions are implemented, Waze here is problematic.

This feature makes a huge difference to driving directions depending on which rush hour you are in, or if you're outside of the restrictions. City traffic makes this one of my top two feature requests. Nothing is more fun than trying to find a route the GPS can't manage because it can't handle time of day traffic rules.

This should include number of lane restrictions (a la Clara Barton Parkway in DC) and completely one way roads that are time restricted. Also should include HOV restrictions that are time dependent.
Needs to be aware of the fact that the restrictions are lifted on national holidays and other days potentially. Set up road so time restrictions can be set, set days of week, set exceptions (holidays). Then allow a user to indicate that the time/HOV/one-way restrictions have been lifted due to something outside of the prior rules (snow emergency, Presidential innauguration)

Also, time based street direction...
There are some Streets that go in one direction in some hours and backwards in others.
