Please add a voice command where I can mute and un-mute navigation guidance.
For the next Waze Update, please add more voice commands. For example include a voice command where I can mute and un-mute navigational assistance. Also, would it be possible to dictate the address of your next destination?
Does anyone else have any more suggestions for additional voice commands?

Great news! The voice command to Turn on / off voice directions is now available in Waze. Install the latest app version to check it out.

it does that, as long your phone is controlling the music. Tested with both Youtube Music and Google Music, as long your phone is able to understand "OK Google" music is paused to receive the command.

This has been implemented - you can say "Sound off" or "Mute" or Sound on". However, you can't use your voice to select the "Alerts only" mode, which would be far more useful on a regular route.

When you activate the voice command interface with some media playing in the background, the app can't recognize a word. It would be great if Waze mute/pause/lower the volume while waiting for the voice command.
