Add DUI check point report button
Add a DUI check point alert, report button that is seperate from police reports. This can be linked with online area reports plus waze drivers can report. But it would help if could say which direction on the street the checkpoint is set up on.

The police locator serves as a necessary purpose. It's not just to avoid speeding fines and DUI check points. There are situations where it would be ideal to know where a police officer is located. If your being followed and harassed, injury or medical emergency in need of an escort to ER, etc. It can save lives.

Keep the First Amendment alive. I was a DUI law enforcement officer for 8 years. DUI is bad. There is no reason to drive intoxicated, particularly with Uber and Lyft. However we have the First Amendment which guarantees freedom of speech and expression. Posting DUI checkpoints is a freedom of speech. Don't cave to pressure to reduce or eliminate our constitutional rights.

Woah! I didn’t even know that something like this is also available online. This way a person can skip checkposts. Well, I was thinking about buying a breathalyzer for myself so that I can take care of times I am over the limit. Meanwhile also happen to find a good DUI lawyer online on http://www.duilawyerlosangeles.com/ and going to share it with my friends as well.

I agree with Joshua. I got no trouble reporting tax collector radars ops and such but people under influence shouldn't be on the road in the first place.

Add the DUI alert. This is not Nazi America, lets me check your papers, just because I can. That bull. Don't give away your freedoms. WAZE need to add the Alerts. If not someone else will and that is where I will go.

@Joshua Yeah, maybe they should start rounding everybody up and putting them in jail until they decide that the person probably isn't a threat. Imagine all the lives that could save.

This idea would be that you can check in a DUI check point the same way you would check in police office or an accident.
Also if you could check in police officer driving along you and then you could check them out once they leave. On many instances I was driving next to a police officer but i had no way of letting other ppl know that there is police driving on this certain route.

Don't do this. Any traffic generated by this is worth the lives it can save. Putting this will result in people using it to avoid getting a DUI they deserve to get and need to get in order not to kill themselves or others.
