QEW hot pass
For Ontario you should add the QEW hot lane pass (HOV) as an option - I have a hot lane pass but it is only for use on QEW not 403 - therefore the choices to come into the office or on the way home are never correct as I have to choose HOV lane and then it assumes I can use all HOV lanes. Thank you.

Waze really needs to step up when it comes to handling HOT lanes info like on the QEW. I've been burned a few times because the routing didn’t know I had access.
I actually contact ipass illinois https://ipass-illinois.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html when driving through toll roads in the Midwest and it works seamlessly — highly recommend their system if you're on the road a lot. It gives real-time toll data and helps plan ahead better, which Waze could learn from.
