When any driver is confirmed pick up and that person is cancelling the ride at the end where the traveller cannot get another ride and have to hire Uber or Lift and have to pay so much money who will be the responsible person to pay that money, I believe there should be the drivers responsibility to arrange another vehicle or there should be a time limit to cancel the ride by driver and cannot cancel end time. So traveler will have enough time to get another ride on time. There should be assurance for the traveller so he or she doesn't have to worry about what will happen he or she doesn't have any ride to go back to home if the traveller has to pay so much money from the pocket would heart the travelers to trust Waze and will fail Waze to increase the travelers. I would say Traveler should not be left behind end up paying so much money will hurt Waze a lot to be succeed in the future. Recently i had a very bad experience the driver name Gopichand had canceled my ride at the end and i was having very badf time end up losing a lot from every where and he was very rude i have all the communication that is not acceptable behavior that he was communication with me after cancel the ride. and mu suggestion to Waze you should protect the right for the travelers in order to be succeed in your business.
