COVID-19 Outbreak Tracking
Provide daily COVID-19 Outbreak Tracking. Your app should display red shaded bubbles over areas with outbreaks, with the bubble size proportional to the outbreak size. For example right now on March 19, 2020, there would be a large shaded red bubble over New York City. This would correspond to the current outbreak in New York city, and advise motorist to avoid this area as a stopover or even as a drive-through. This could help motorists avoid contamination and/or travel delays in the future if there are “containment “ areas. (You could get the data feed from John’s Hopkins or others)
Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Great idea. It can be paired with the suggestion to monitor for people who are COVID-19 immune

This would be a way of identifying 'Herd Immunity', i.e. sites where there is a critical number of people who are immune to COVID-19

As people are tested for the COVID Virus and/or for COVID Immunity Waze could post the information so people would be informed about areas that are more or less safe from the virus

I had an idea for your app that my benefit people not getting sick. This relies on people participating but why cannot people that are infected with the coronavirus report it to you guys and that way everyone will know where that person is at so that the uninfected can stay away. You could also put a trace of where they have been or where they gone prior. Usually 95% of the time people only travel to the same locations due to routine. So people would know where they were at. And provide alerts to those traveling that the area you are entering may contain an infected person and/or location they may have previously travelled. The infected persons would be anonymous. I’m sure that there is a way to keep it tasteful and not judgmental. It just seems like there is an easier way to keep away from the infected than trying to track down who all made contact with them. It was just and idea. I would design an app but I do not have the resources that your app has. Hope you guys stay safe during this time.

Please allow users to report COVID cases (in order that other users know what areas to avoid until the areas are disinfected properly)

Add a functionnality to inform the police of an illegal gathering during the COVID-19 quarantine period and coordinate this with the PUBLIC HEALTH of Québec and elsewhere. -

Many snowbirds are currently driving back from southern US states to Canada. For some, the trip will take up of 5 days. In light of COVID 19, elderly drivers are concerned that gas stations, restaurants and hotels may be closed by the time they reach them. It would be really useful if comments boxes or open/ closed buttons could be added for that purpose.
Thank you for helping get my parents home safely.

Hi,
my idea is to use some personal information, about sintomiatic and clinic status, to generate a risk MAP for the virus, and build a doh with these informations, I have some good ideas about
