Please give the ability to turn off the "carpool" button
The carpool button is the bane of my Waze existence. Whenever I pick up my phone from the little pocket area in the car and Waze is running, it triggers this "carpool" button. Then it takes both hands to swipe from the far left side of the screen to make it go away. I won't ever use the carpool function and would love to be able to hide it and stop this from happening. I know it sounds trivial, but it's maddening to deal with.

Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Have a setting in ‘settings’ to turn off Carpool if you don’t use it. It’s a high annoyance to have to flip that page out of your way every day. I honestly don’t know anyone that carpools.

You should be allowed to hide Carpool mode. It's intrusive.
