Indicate toll roads on main navigation screen
Because a tiny icon in the route summary doesn't cut it and is often missed!
Also ability to show (in route summary) the cost and payment methods (cash, card, NFC, NPR, etc) of the toll road so you can plan ahead.
Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Hello! Beautiful Souls! Thank you for having WAZE!
¨Creating a TOLLS / NON TOLLS / PARTIAL TOLLS BUTTON"
I recommend an innovation, we could have at Waze main screen, after we insert destination, NEW BUTTON would pop up and ask ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT WAZE SUGGESTED TOLL CHARGES which of the routes we would take. This would allow the user to pick from different optional routes, according to our budget and route preferences.
For example, if I am on a route Lisbon - Faro, I am crossing the bridge, and willing to pay 3,50 for the first toll, but I would skip the highway on the next tolls, so I'd take secondary roads, this means I could have this option available at first click, which is not avaialble at the moment.
For the travel on the way back Faro - Lisbon, the same, secondary routes and then 3,50€ for the last bit route. This means if may be created a button at the beginning of the screen, then we could customize partially driving through certain free-tolls driving and other tolls-driving roads, and wouldn't need to go on specific menus. Thank you!

When tolls is present in the current trip, it would be useful to show its presence in the bottom navigation bar.
Not the toll amount, but just the presence within the trip.
For istance, Google Maps shows a toll this way https://imgur.com/a/tqZKIUa -

Would be very useful when travelling across Europe too - I don't need to pay for highway use in every country I enter.

Not just within android auto, but within the Waze app itself for those who need to have their phone in a mount in an older car

PLEASE give us this feature!!!! I often reassess my route during my drive especially during peak hour traffic. When I start my drive I want to avoid tolls, but, if I get stuck in too much traffic I like to be able to reassess my options and see if tolls can save me any significant amount of time. There needs to be a quicker option to toggle tolls on/off from the in-drive drawer. Or, the routes option should always provide all route options available (including tolls) and simply have a filter to show/hide toll routes. I'm in Melbourne Australia. Thanks.

I wish that there's an onscreen button to turn On/Off "Avoid Tolls" for easy access. So that I'll never need to go to Settings every trip to turn it On/Off. And so that I'll have additional route options.

One thing waze should have is "Bread Crumbs". I miss this feature on my old Garmin units. It basically leaves a dotted trail behind your path so you can easily find your way back without having to enter a new destination.

I would like the same, to do exactly the same that Google maps

While driving waze might update with new route, some are with tolls.
Even when user selects a tool free router on star driving, Waze suggest the update due to less time. Sometimes user cannot block the update as buscas driving and attention on road.
It will be very useful to have Tolls On/Off toggle during driving and only applicable for that trip.
Currently this setting is global and for all trips and difficult to reach if driving - requires several clicks and taking attention out of road. Safety first! Add it on main screen just like the icon for Spotify!

I find this Avoid Tolls setting annoying... as in, its deep in the settings. Thinking to enhance your app, it would be real cool to toggle Tolls / No Tolls while reviewing overview of proposed ride so that one can quickly assess the diff in time and $'s... this has a significant impact on Greater Toronto Area Wazers... the 407ETR is a major money grab!!

Can we have an easy option on the Andriod Auto screen to turn "Avoid Tolls" on or off while driving please?

I have to unplug my phone from the car to unplug it from Android Auto in order to change the toll setting. Super inconvenient.

Please add an “Avoid rd Toll” option toggle after selecting destination. Rather than having to dig through the setup menus all the time to change it. Ver annoying.

This is a NO-BRAINER. If I want to view the toll road and non-toll road options, I want to be able to choose it BEFORE selecting the route, not buried in ‘settings’ and worse, only AFTER I’ve set the route.

Toll Road Option - Currently can only be either turned on or off in settings, why not the option to turn on/off TOLL at route planning

If ways could not only warn about the upcoming toll booth, but allow us to enter our axles, payment preference to identify which lanes will accept cash vs cc I’d gladly pay 99 cents US to use this in countries like Colombia, Mexico and even the state of Florida where there is a plethora of tolls to pay. Thanks for the great app!

Is it possible to have the "Avoid Tollways" toggle switch on the app home/map screen? Some days I'm happy to pay toll, others not so much. But to get to that switch in the app you have to hit search>settings>navigation>avoid toll roads. Would be much easier/quicker to have the switch on the map screen. Would also mean you could compare the two different travel times (toll vs non toll) quicker and see if the toll is worth paying.
