Oversized vehicle warning. Downloaded app will not work on the 2025 Ford Explorer.

I noticed on the Waze App permissions on AAOS it is not requesting the car data. That information is requested by other applications. It is odd that the application works temporarily if you remove and then reinstall it.

I've been communicating with Customer Support on this very issue. Their response is that the in-vehicle "AAOS isn't supported for commercial or oversized vehicles." I've tried to explain that a Ford Explorer is not an oversized vehicle. In fact, it's classified as a mid-sized SUV, but they keep repeating the same statement and ignoring the fact that there is an error in their in-vehicle navigation app. I'm not sure what the app is using to detect the type of car but whatever it is, it's not detecting the correct type of vehicle for a Ford Explorer.
