I can't bear to use Waze with these new voices, they have a completely inappropriate tone for giving instructions. Please restore the old ones! These new ones also pronounce things incorrectly and don't enunciate well.

Yes, please Waze, bring back the original Thomas and Kate (my personal preference) UK voices.

Unlike the originals, which were calm, friendly, polite and generally very well pronounced, the replacements are curt, quite aggressive, stress inducing and littered with mispronunciations.

Having been a long time Waze user (10 years plus) and advocate, I’m afraid I’m now using Google or Apple Maps for most of my journeys. Such is my dislike of the new, “improved” Kate and Thomas voices.

A classic case of “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!”

Please at least allow us the option of downgrading back to the originals?

Please give us old Thomas back. He was like having your own valet in the car. I'm really pleased that I'm not alone in my appreciate of old Thomas vs new (bossy) Thomas.

Thomas UK was the only decent voice capable of speaking street names on the whole app :(.
Please bring restore that voice as a choice. The new one has a sort of a neurotic robotic storm trooper vibe while Thomas was just a regular British guy who calmly gave directions and had some amusing mispronunciations

For the moment at least, I'm using Waze to plan the trip and then turning it off so I don't have to hear the screeching.

What have you done with Thomas UK? He was so warm and friendly; comforting on long drives. Now his tone is tinny, clipped, and cold. It’s as if he doesn’t even care which way I turn! Please bring him back! Thomas is what makes Waze Waze!

I absolutely hate the new UK Thomas voice and thinking about completely turning off waze. He was honestly the only reason I continued to use waze. I've been having that same voice for almost 10 years if not more. Everyone knows that voice we call him Nigel. However since he went away I'm aggravated by this new voice and not what I want to hear.

The voice is now too rushed to process and understand. It stresses me out to the point that I'm afraid to drive in unknown areas. It was perfect before. Like a friendly companion.

When driving somewhere that is unknown to you, it is quite stressful as you need to make sure that you are are in the correct lanes ahead of time and also with today's drivers not having much patience, this makes the experience much more worse and stressful. But before the Thomas (UK) voice used to be at a decent speed and clear now comes on quickly and at a rushed speed and cannot take in the instruction that the voice has just given to you as it's too abrupt and fast.

Please can you return the original Thomas (UK) voice or at least have the two options for the previous and the new voice to be able to choose from. As the new voice is not fit for purpose.

The Thomas voice was such a calming benefit of Waze in the midst of traffic and navigation hassles. New Thomas sounds ****** and bothered. Please bring back our dear UK Thomas.
