Temporary private roads <-> RTC

Concerning roadworks, city nowadays more and more define areas around the closed roads as temporary private roads to route traffic around the closed areas. Now we have no there solution but to close those roads also, but this results in many URs stating that the roads are not closed for the inhabitants or customers of the businesses located there. Would it be possible to create a sort of RTP (Realtime Private road) like the closures we have now?

    In European countries it is ZTL rrstricted zone (zone à trafic limité)
    Sure important to know to avoir fine !!! Forbidden by période and time.

    I like this a lot.
    Imo it is the wrong category. It sould be in the "Map Editor Suggestions"
