Add "No lanes closed" response to "Waze Asks" card for roadworks alerts
A recent unannounced change has added a "What do you see?" card when approaching a roadworks alert. The only response options are to report lane closures or to indicate that the roadworks are no longer there. There is no intuitive option to dismiss the question or respond that construction is still taking place but no lanes are closed.
The majority of roadworks take place without any lane closures, yet the app assumes that closures will occur.
Without an intuitive way to respond differently to a lane closure, many users seem to be selecting one of the closure options to dismiss the question, even when there are no closed lanes. Since this feature was introduced to the production app, most construction alerts have been changed to lane closure pins, resulting in incorrect warnings for all users passing by.
Please provide an easy way to respond to the "What did you see?" card with something other than a lane closure, e.g. "Roadworks still there, but no lanes closed".
This would avoid the often confusing question that is not relevant to the situation on the road, as well as incorrect warnings.
This behaviour was confirmed as WAD in a beta bug report: https://www.waze.com/discuss/t/construction-alert-card-has-only-close-followed-by-weird-what-do-you-see-card/386460
A similar suggestion was posted in the beta forum before the feature went to production: https://www.waze.com/discuss/t/solve-the-problem-with-that-the-construction-roadworks-alert-type-always-assume-a-closed-lane/387036

Agree the current implementation is nonsense without left lane or no lane closed. In Germany especially the is a feed from partner ADAC that often do not distinguish withinroard narrowed or lane closed at construction zones

The popup lacks options. It does not show all possible options. On a three lane highway I get the option to mark the middle or right lane closed, but not the left. Which is the normally closed lane at constructions, at least in Germany.
The option with "no lanes closed" is even more important, as most constructions have just narrower lanes, but not closed ones. -

I agree 100% many times construction dont have closed lanes and i have several times encountered the lane options even where there are a lane closure not to bear any relevance to what lanes the actual road has ,
A workaround i employ is to press close on the card and then i make a new separate construction report , if one press close the lane card wont show
