Snap "Broken Traffic Light" reports to the nearest light & restrict outside valid zones
Currently, users can report "Broken Traffic Light" anywhere, which leads to spam, point-farming, and incorrect placements on highways or open roads with no traffic lights.
Since traffic lights are now an official feature in the Waze Map Editor, the reporting system should be updated:
Snap to Traffic Light Node: To account for delayed reporting while driving, clicking "Broken Traffic Light" should automatically attach the alert to the nearest registered traffic light node passed recently, instead of the driver's current position down the road.
Restrict Invalid Locations: If no traffic light node exists nearby, disable the option or display a message: "No registered traffic light near this location."
This will eliminate point spam, keep the map accurate, and allow drivers to submit reports safely after clearing the intersection.
