Cancel last report
Need option to cancel last report if I see in the rear mirror that things have changed or I find I made a mistake.

ooh, i like this. countless times i've reported a vehicle on shoulder only to see it pull out behind me after i've passed it.

Perhaps rather than just cancelling, it would be good to have a way to ADD a comment to the last report submitted suggesting it be canceled and allowing the original submitter to add an explanation as to why they want to cancel.

This is especially important now that many types of reports will automatically send if the user doesn't affirmatively tap something to cancel them within a few seconds!
