Background video recording - record drive events, send image with traffic and accident reports
Run a background video recorder saving video from camera, choices of map, speed, speed limit, etc. overlay,
When reporting traffic or accident, offer to send image at time of report that was captured by background recording.
Keep these photos and videos in app specific storage, not mixed with personal photos/videos.
Overwrite old video unless saved manually or due to high g event.
Supervised driver mode (teen driver) option to time lapse recording to save space I.e. Hyperlapse functionality. Automatically or manual upload of saved or supervised video to cloud service such as Dropbox before deleting.
Yes other Apps have some of these features, but can not run concurrent with wave, and it just makes sense to build into THE app I use while driving, plus makes photo reporting of traffic and accidents easier by capturing image automatically at time of pressing report icon.
