Allow Users (or their friends/family) To Be the GPS Voice
As most users know, there are special sponsored voices you can use for your GPS voice. Kevin Hart did it when Ride Along was coming out. Ed Helms is currently on it for Vacation.
Wouldn't it be great if their was a part of the app where Waze would give the user prompts and they could record themselves, or a friend, or family member saying them. (i.e. "In point 2 miles turn left." "Make a U-turn at the next light" ETC.)
Users could have their best friend tell them directions, or their grandpa, whoever they want. And if they also added a feature where users could share their GPS voice with others, it'd make it even better.

This would be nice and would also allow users to share void instruction packs with others. Who knows, maybe communities would rise to share the best packs in each languages.
Being able to use the phone TTS would also be nive (there already another idea here with that).

All the voice directions in the Hebrew language are irritating, so i thought of an idea that within the program you could record all the voice instrutions by yourself, just put a record button next to each sentence and you just need to read and record you own voice so you can hear yourself in the program.

It should be nice to add your own voice instructions, because not all languages are supported yet.
