Need waze launcher for ios

If my phone is in my pocket I want the app to close automatically without a prompt, or at the very least stop draining my battery by constantly using GPS.

How about a Bluetooth device that can attach to the steering wheel that let's us

Use the app "Waze Launcher" this feature is included.

You can use "Waze Launcher" available on the playstore. It will automatically launch Waze when you start to drive your car.

It is always a problem when I'm using Waze and someone calls. I could answer the phone through the "hands free" system of my radio's bluetooth with no interruption of the app. When Waze is closed so I can answer the phone it is easy to become lost. It is important to notice that it is not allowed to answer the phone with hands, but it is permitted to do it via "hands free" system.

Please add this functionality. On the I-Phones, you have an option to play to bluetooth. Please add this for android so that I can be listening to the radio and still hear navigation directions or hazard, etc.

I suggest the de functionality for Galaxi S6

Have Waze prompt to shutdown (just like when the user exits the app) when a specific Bluetooth connection is disconnected. This way when I turn off my vehicle, the waze app will automatically shutdown and not drain my phone battery.

It would be nice if you added a feature that when my phone connects to the car blue tooth the app auto starts. I am currently using a third party app called Llama to accomplish this.

I agree I am having the same issue as I just changed freezer m iphone to galazy s4 and it does not work. Very disapointed that waze does.not offer this as it worked great on
the iphone if and when there is a fix cam someone please let me know. Thanks

I changed also from iPhone to Android to have double SIM on the same phone.
direct phone is forbidden in France. You need hand free like Bluetooth on car système.
I'm biker and you need sound alert by Bluetooth système like scala rider Q1

I just changed from iPhone to Android and used waze frequently on my iPhone. I had set up my blue tooth in my car so that when waze wanted to report or tell me directions it would cut in like a phone call, do its thing, and then music back on.

Android doesnt offer this capability.

I suggest making the apps the same. Make it possible for us Gallaxy S3 users to play over Bluetooth to our car sterios.

maybe if you start repeatedly you can intentionally crash it?

Or at least avoid the 'Exit popup' when the Waze application is closed by the third party app.
In my case, I use a phone profile app that detect my car and starts Waze automatically.
But it can't stop Waze automatically because of the Exit confirmation popup !

Today I´m using tasker to start/stop but Waze crashes every 5th or 10th startup due to this.
More automation to the people!
