it should allow multiple queued
AND THEN NOT squelch users for rapid submissions

..
maybe if you start repeatedly you can intentionally crash it?

When a user has missed 3 or 5 of waze's route suggestions, this should be automatically recognized..

force-learning MY preferred route [for this section]
certain surface streets I know to be faster at certain times of day
waze ought respect my elbow grease ... after which waze may resume yammering
possibly allow me to set a radius around certain favorites wherein waze will not offer advice when i deviate from waze indicated course

people could add a mode of contact to the report
waze should provide markup to allow submitter to hide from everyone except trusted editors -- as spam/UCE ought not be the reward (additional cost) of being a good waze neighbor
