put music controls on the waze screen so I can forward, back, pause and play my music whilst watching the waze screen

Please can you put music controls onto the main screen. I listen to my smartphone music in my car and it would be great to be able to fast forward, rewind, paus and play tracks whilst keeping the waze screen visible. Thanks.

    Add an music remote into Waze because it's very complicated (in my case with an iPhone) to open Control Center, change music et close Control center and, it's more dangerous... So, Add 3 buttons please, next, previous, Play/Stop !

    New Apple Music's and Spotify's APIs would also allow Waze to launch a specific playlist, album or song without even leaving the app. Running Apps like Nike+, Runtastic and Runkeeper already do this and it works perfectly.

    I would like to see the addition of audio control buttons on the app so I can advance to the next song in my playlist without having to get out of the app. It would allow me to keep my eyes on the road more.

    I would like to see this too. For now, I've been using "MiniPlayer" on iPhone, it's a jailbreak tweak that floats music controls on top of the home screen and other applications. While it works OK with Waze, sometimes I need to re-adjust where the Music controls float so that I can get to certain functions of the Waze app. It amazes me that Waze has not yet integrated these music controls direct into the Waze app.

    If you have a jailbroken iPhone, I would definitely suggest checking out MiniPlayer. Also, CallBar is another great tweak. It allows you to answer an incoming phone call without leaving the Waze app (it's similar to a notification banner). It's saved me from missing a few exits when driving in the city!

    This should be common sense and should be in the app by now. This is FAR more important than many of the useless features already offered. If you are technically savvy enough to use waze then you stopped listening to your car's radio years ago. More importantly, safety is compromised when you have to keep flipping between apps to control your audio.

    Additionally, add a line that has the name of the song/artist. It should work with both your phone's library and other music apps like Pandora. Because now you have to cycle back and forth out of waze to see the songs' info.
