    I’d like to be able to input my last name into my profile. Currently, I don’t see any options to include a hyphen.

  2. Language issue

    My Waze has randomly changed to Arabic, I followed a tutorial to change the language back to English but even after doing that it’s still only all in Arabic, is the app broken? I’m not sure what to do now I don’t think I can use the app anymore. Any advice would be appreciated

  5. Mejor almacenaje de rutas realizadas: detalle y tiempo de vuaje

    Hola. Utilizo Waze cada día para mi trabajo, cuenta mi tiempo de desplazamiento como tiempo de trabajo por que así lo fija mi convenio. El año pasado cambié de empresa y no me abonaron al irme ese tiempo trabajado, ni en el juzgado han aportado los datos de mi CRM para poder probarlo. Solo con Waze pondría demostrar esos tiempos, ya que lo uso cada día. Y deberían poder guardarse al menos 4 años. La justicia en España es muy lenta. No me importaría pagar por ello.

    unable to unsubscribe from Waze carpool rider
    In my google payment I seem to have a subscription to "Waze carpool rider" that I must of setup a few years ago.
    I never used it, but it's active and connected to my active credit card which bothers me and I have no option to unsubscribe there.
    Since this app is not existing anymore, I can't unsubscribe from within it and in the regular Waze app there's no option either

    Can you contact me to pay the debt and close the account?

  9. Show all addresses for contacts or use default

    I have multiple addresses for many of my Google contacts, but it seems that only the last address for each contact is synced with Waze. It would be nice if all addresses would be synced, or, if only one can be synced, it would be the one marked as default in Google Contacts, not the last.

    I use my iPhone to start this app, it appear a page “ when were you born” everytime. Then I enter my birth year, but the ok button is not work. What can I do?

  14. Impossible to delete a Waze account created with Google login

    I used Google to create an account. Then, after checking the settings from the Waze app, I decided it was too much for me right now, too many functionalities which would just get in my way of using a simple navigation app, and proceeded to try and delete my account. That proved to be impossible, since the process requires a password, which I do not have - and cannot have, since "Change Your Password" asks me to type in my old password, and that does not exist, of course.

  18. Customizable map and spotify

    Please make an option where spotify is permanently displayed without the map going dark and that it is at the bottom instead of the top. Perhaps the map view could also be customizable so that everyone can move the icons themselves.

    The different Login procedures in the Waze App and in the web are confusing and faulty: password not working, confirmation mail not sent, user name incorrect, profile not shown in web and not editable...
    I suggest to completely rework or at least eliminate the biggest pain points!
