  1. Speed limit/Speedometer

    Recent change to the speed limit sign being pushed to the right vs being on the lower left is not working. I have to search for it. Also any alerts covers up the speed icon. Also the left hand part of the screen is useless as everything pushed to the right. In busy traffic conditions this can be dangerous.

  3. Satellite map view option

    Waze would be perfect if a Satellite map view could be an option. I would even pay for this!! Only reason I still use google maps is for the satellite view…. Hope this can be added as an option in for future.

  4. Stop popups while driving

    Our insurance provider gives a discount for safe driving. To get the discount I can't touch a screen while driving. While driving using Waze, popups block the screen but I can't close them. If there is no way to disable ALL popups, I will uninstall waze and find another app.

  5. ​Show Forward and Reverse Route Options with Distances on Two-Way Roads

    I would like to suggest a feature that could enhance user experience when recalculating routes on two-way streets. The idea is that, upon initiating or redefining a route while the vehicle is stationary on such roads, the app would display indicators both ahead and behind the vehicle. These indicators would show the distance and estimated time for both directions, allowing the driver to choose the most efficient route. For example, if proceeding forward results in a 3.5 km journey and turning around leads to a 2.8 km route, the user could opt for the shorter and quicker alternative.

  6. Zoom out

    I would like a zoom out option that’s more than just a few feet. I travel for work so I never really know where I’m at. When looking at the map, I sometimes have to really zoom out to orient myself. I was trying to zoom out and was scrolling to another state but my map got turned around and I didn’t know which way the scrolling was taking me. And I couldn’t recognize any of the streets since I’m out of town. And I couldn’t zoom out to see which state I was in. It just frustrated me so…

  7. Incomplete heads up display info On Lincoln Nautilus 2024

    Thanks for the new update 5.4 which allows Waze to be displayed on the built in heads up /instrument cluster.
    However the direction box in the top right corner only gives the distance and not the street names or correct lane for the next turning. Because of this will need to look at the main infotainment thus rendering the heads up/ built in display information incomplete and confusing. Please add the complete information on the heads up display so that it is usable.

    Please fix this apps.. When i pick the traffic.. Then the word Thanks! Your helped nearby Wazers.. The word still visible and not deleted.. Then i cannot use the apps after the word still visible

  9. Video game mapping display

    Hi all
    I’ve recently had the idea for a video game mapping integration. For example when Waze collaborated with such things as halo you would then be able to see all the buildings, parks rivers, beaches in the style of which they appear in game, I believe it would be a cool fun idea to expand this to many different popular video game franchises. I know it wouldn’t be any thing as far as functionality but I feel Waze has done really well at adding a personal touch to the navigation system and I believe this will be the one…

  10. Outdated Waze map design -> Chances for a redesign?

    The Waze map design is now quite outdated and seems very retro, out of date. There are no 3D buildings, poor resolution on large car screens, etc.

    Will there ever be a redesign of the Waze map, see e.g. Google Maps 3D buildings in navigation.

  12. Prior to freeway off ramp indicate if it will be a left or rignt at the end of the off ramp.

    If prior to entering a freeway off ramp if Waze would indicate which off ramp lane you needed to be in it would better prepare you for the exit. Currently Waze will indicate if it is to be a left or right turn at the end of the off ramp but if you are in the wrong lane, you might not be able to get into the proper lane at that point.

  13. See EV recharging stations during navigation

    While driving, the charging stations are not visible. If they were visible, we could select them directly on the map to modify the navigation.

  14. Waze navigation screen needs to stay in front for phone calls

    The settings option " keep waze on top when taking calls" does not work on Samsung phone. When either making calls or taking phone calls and trying to talk over the car speakerphone, the Samsung phone call screen pops up, completely blocking the waze navigation screen.

  15. Tagging editors in a map comment

    It would be nice if there was a possibilty to tag an editor (e.g. an AM) in a map comment box. A type of alert can be a notification or an email, depending on the user's settings.

  16. I'd like to be able to add construction locations in the editor or on the live map.

    We would like to request the addition of a feature to allow construction zones and one-way alternating traffic to be added directly on Waze Live Map or the Waze Map Editor.

    Currently, construction information added via the app often disappears after a while, making it difficult to provide consistent warnings to drivers.

    If such information could be officially registered and maintained during the construction period through Live Map or the Map Editor, it would greatly benefit users and enhance safety. We kindly ask for your consideration in implementing this feature.

  17. Vehicle icons too big

    Car icons way too large since recent update. Makes it extremely difficult to see roads and the general map. Nobody asked for extra large vehicle icons that look so cartoonish...please revert back!

  18. Small footprint car icon set on the iPhone

    Could you please consider to either bring back or reintroduce small footpeimt car icon set. There was very basic set of a blue, yellow or green car set, that were smaller in size and for the smaller car screens they were very ergonomic. Now with the replacement of a larger versions, map screen becomes more cluttered, larger car icon takes more space on the screen and does not bring any value just distraction. When you try to glance to the screen while driving you see big car icon first and then trying to figure out what is around the icon.…

  20. Move the road name labels so they don't cover up the junction

    Very often the road labels cover up the junction, it's very difficult to see which exit of a roundabout is needed because the label covers the whole centre area,
