Speedometer Discrepancy
A feature that allows users to add "speed" to Waze could be cool.
When i drive at, for example, 63km/h, Waze shows me that im doing 60km/h.
It helps with the alerts for going above the speed limit more accurate.
Just a simple option to add 1km/h, 2, 3, etc.. it will also depend on the device, there can be a 5km discrepancy, 10km and so on.

Add vehicle emission standard (Euro 1–6) to enable routing that avoids LEZ/ULEZ/Oxigen zones.
Waze currently does not support routing based on vehicle emission standards (Euro 1–6), which makes it impossible for the app to avoid Low Emission Zones (LEZ), Ultra Low Emission Zones (ULEZ), or local environmental tax areas such as the “Oxigen” zone in Bucharest. I propose adding a new setting under Vehicle Type where users can select their vehicle’s emission standard (Euro 1, Euro 2, Euro 3, Euro 4, Euro 5, Euro 6, Euro 6d, Hybrid, Electric). This would allow Waze to:
• automatically avoid restricted zones based on the selected emission class
• warn users before entering a zone where access is forbidden or taxed
• offer alternative routes outside restricted areas
• optionally provide a link to pay the required tax (if applicable).
This feature is increasingly necessary as many European cities enforce emission‑based restrictions. Without this functionality, Waze may route drivers into areas where they risk fines. Feature Request: Secondary Display / HUD Support for Mazda (CarPlay & Android Auto)
Hi Waze Team,
I am a frequent Waze user driving a Mazda CX-30. I love the community alerts and real-time hazard reporting, but I am disappointed that Waze does not support turn-by-turn directions on my vehicle's secondary displays—specifically the Active Driving Display (Heads-Up Display) and the digital instrument cluster.
Both Google Maps and Apple Maps fully support this feature on Mazda's infotainment system via CarPlay and Android Auto. Because Waze lacks this integration, I am often forced to switch to competitor apps just so I can keep my eyes safely on the road while navigating.
Please consider implementing dual-screen / HUD API support in a future software update so Mazda owners can get the full Waze experience right on their windshields.

Speed bumps
Provide the ability to report speed bumps. In remote areas of foreign countries like Sri Lanka, there’s lack of signage or light visibility. People could accidentally speed through and cause fatalities. Please implement a Speed Bump option reporting under hazard or another category. Thanks.

Meaningful rewards for active reporting
Waze relies heavily on real-time user reports, yet the current point system doesn't reflect this value. I've submitted over 400 reports but am still on the 2nd emoji tier—a status easily reached with minimal effort. Emojis aren't enough of an incentive for heavy users. To keep users motivated to report and verify hazards, the system should offer significantly more points for these actions and introduce meaningful, real-world perks. We want to feel our efforts are truly appreciated.

Advanced Route Planning
During route preview, it would be extremely helpful to:
● Add multiple stops before starting navigation.
● Change the starting location manually.
● Adjust routes more freely.

Persistent Music Controls
Please consider adding optional, always-visible music controls during navigation. Being able to view the currently playing track and quickly access play/pause, next, and previous controls without leaving the navigation screen would greatly improve the driving experience.

Adding a double car parked to report.
I know us Wazer's would usually report with " Car On Shoulder" , but this would be for more highway/freeway usage to report this. Would be nice to report to let highway/local drivers on very active roads with active double parking for MTA/Delivery Providers/Uber/etc. "Double Parked Cars", could be a nice report app feature.

Custom vignette validity period
It would be very useful if users could manually set the validity period of their vignette (for example 1, 10, 30, or any custom number of days), instead of only selecting predefined options.

Facial recognition camera zone alerts
Facial recognition cameras are now rolling out in Western Australia. I think an option to create an alert for the F/R Cctv camera zones would be a huge addition to the Waze app which we all use daily!

One is that sometimes the navigation takes me in the opposite direction and then makes me turn around somewhere very far away. In such cases, it would be helpful if the app warned me to “turn around as soon as possible” and displayed an icon on the screen indicating that I’m going the wrong way.
The other thing I feel is missing from the iGO navigation POI database is, for example, a list of tourist attractions (castles, palaces, museums, etc.), shopping, financial services, etc.

Si bien reconozco y valoro el impacto positivo de Waze en la optimización de la movilidad urbana, considero que la función de alerta sobre la presencia de las fuerzas de seguridad genera externalidades negativas que entran en conflicto directo con el bienestar común. Compartir la ubicación exacta de los agentes de la ley no solo debilita la eficacia de los operativos preventivos y de fiscalización, sino que también puede ser instrumentalizada por la delincuencia para evadir la justicia, facilitando rutas de escape o perpetuando conductas imprudentes al volante bajo la certeza de no ser sancionados.
La seguridad pública, la prevención del delito y la integridad física de los propios agentes que arriesgan su vida en las vías deben prevalecer por sobre la conveniencia de evitar una fiscalización. En un contexto global donde la delincuencia y la siniestralidad vial exigen la máxima colaboración de todos los actores sociales, las plataformas tecnológicas tienen la responsabilidad ética de no entorpecer la labor de las instituciones del Estado.

Layout velocidade
Utilizo o Waze diariamente, e acho que uma melhoria seria se a velocidade do veículo e velocidade máxima permitida estivessem localizadas no lado Esquerdo (e não do direito como é atualmente), pois seria mais fácil de visualizar. Ficaria mais fácil do que desviar o olhar mais para a direita.

It is not about time that Alphabet Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook Meta, Microsoft and all of the little children have yearly standards meetings so they can develop a mature culture that can learn how to COOPERATE instead of COMPETE to the detriment of all of their customers who use apps across the different fiefdoms they foolishly wish to carve out for themselves which is very short sighted and not customer friendly whatsoever?
