Voice commands to navigate to saved places not working
I have some saved places, like "parent's house" for example. To try to navigate to it I will press the microphone button and say "parent's house" or "navigate to parent's house", but it will set my route to a destination completely different hundreds of miles away. This only happens while connected to android auto. It works fine if I'm only using the Waze android app. Any ideas on how to fix this? Am I the only person with the issue? This is a main basic functionality and I can't use Waze without it.

Under "Where to?", show all "Saved places" at once instead of having to scroll horizontally.
I don't like horizontally scrolling to the right to get to all my saved places. It looks sloppy and feels weird especially when there is a vertical list of places below it. It is slower to find your places too. I would like it if these saved places buttons/shortcuts (home, work, others and more) were all shown at once without having to scroll horizontally. The buttons/shortcuts that don't fit all on one line would simply be moved under the first line. Then you have 2 or 3 lines or these buttons/shortcuts instead of having to scroll horizontally to look for them.

Ul overlap issue on BYD DiLink

I am experiencing a UI scaling and layout issue with the Waze app on my car's infotainment system.
Car Model: 2025 BYD Qin L EV
System: DiLink 5

CarPlay (iOS) with dynamic screen size causes map to be cropped
I have a Ford F150 2025 and it has a big screen with an option to shrink or enlarge the CarPlay display area.
Even if I leave it large, the app gets a resize event and looks like there may be a race condition handling this event as the map is cropped.
If I go to some other app (ie Music) then back, the problem is solved.
Some of the icons (route, alerts, search) are correctly displayed using the full area. But the map and the speed are bound to the initial/smaller area unless I change the app or I toggle the display area between large and small. The issue only happens for the initial load

Filtre aire de repos animaux
Pourriez vous prendre en compte l'idée suivante :
Un filtre du type « Aires de repos adaptées aux chiens » ou « Arrêts avec espace de promenade » serait utile à de nombreux conducteurs voyageant avec un animal sur les autoroutes.

I use Waze
I would like a start up menu . So when you use Waze you have the option of using car , motorbike , cycle or walking . Would be really helpful as i use all of those things .

Remettre l'affichage de la carte sur le téléphone après connexion Android Auto !
Bonjour,
Sous Android 13, jusqu'à la version 5.18.5.1, Waze affichait la carte sur l'écran du téléphone même lorsqu'Android Auto était connecté en Bluetooth ou en usb ! Sous Android 16, ce n'est plus le cas, dès la connexion Android Auto effectuée, la carte disparait ! Non seulement, c'est hyper chiant mais c'est nettement moins sécuritaire de devoir quitter la route des yeux pour regarder la carte sur la console centrale !
A minima, offrez la possibilité d'afficher la carte dans les paramètres plutôt que d'imposer sa disparition !
Avec Maps et TomTom, la carte reste affichée sur le téléphone !!!1 vote -
Stop Suggesting U-Turns in LaVergne, TN - they are illegal
I was following Waze instructions today, which told me to make a U-turn, which is MOSTLY legal in Tennessee. However, LaVergne, TN has an ordinance that a U-turn is not legal within the City of La Vergne, whose municipal code prohibits all U-turns on city streets. I was immediately pulled over by a cop and cited. Please remove all u-turn recommendations in LaVergne, TN so others don't get in trouble.

Differentiate HAWK signals from traffic light icons
With the new integration of traffic signals on the map, HAWK signals (pedestrian signals) are modeled as standard traffic light icons even though they are not. I feel like these should be modeled/marked differently to not confuse drivers especially in areas with lots of signals.

Pour être président d’une association de riveraine et de riverains, je me suis battu pendant sept ans pour que notre avenue soit refait. Et lorsque j’ai fait le tour du voisinage, j’ai rencontré deux voisins qui sont chauffeurs poids-lourds, et qui m’ont fait remarquer, à quoi je n’avais jamais prêté attention, que sur Waze n’apparaît pas l’interdiction au plus de 3,5 Tonnes.
Ces personnes faisant des centaines de milliers, voire des millions de kilomètres par an, il me semble qu’ils sont largement prioritaire à nous qui sommes de simples automobilistes.
Il semble qu’il n’existe qu’une version payante est très cher destiné au chauffeur de poids-lourds pour justement voir apparaître ce type d’interdictionPensez-vous, qu’il soit possible de suggérer, et je ne sais pas si cela est techniquement réalisable, que cette interdiction de tonnage puisse apparaître sur Waze, et comme dans les options du type de véhicule, on puisse renseigner le mode poids-lourd avec le tonnage, ce qui permettrait au chauffeur poids-lourds lorsqu’il lance une demande d’itinéraire sur Waze d’avoir uniquement les trajets qui leur sont autorisés ?

En ce moment, la sécurité civile, les pompiers, l’armée, envoient des renforts dans le Var, les Landes et en Gironde
Ces femmes et ces hommes, se déplacent, essentiellement dans des véhicules le plus 3,5 tonnes.
En dehors de leur zone d’intervention habituelle, ils ne peuvent pas connaître, sauf à perdre énormément de temps à chercher, les axes qui sont autorisés au plus de 3,5 tonnes
Donc j’imagine qu’ils doivent perdre énormément de temps pour se rendre sur les lieux et sinistres, alors qu’on les attend dans les plus brefs délaisAussi, si Waze pouvait mettre un nouveau profil poids-lourds plus de 3,5 tonnes, et des itinéraires qui leur soient accessibles, cela ferait une énorme com à Waze en réalisant ses évolutions très rapidement, participer à l’effort national, de lutte contre ces énormes incendies qui détruisent à la fois notre nature, nos animaux, voire celle et ceux qui combattent les incendies.
Avant de vous adresser ce message, j’ai demandé l’avis de certains de mes amis qui sont députés et sénateurs, et ils soutiennent pleinement l’initiative que je suis en train de prendre auprès de vous
