School Zone
Please add "school Zone" option in carplay. This option would be beneficial instead of "wazers" giving the "hazard" notification for a school zone.

Changing Destination on Phone While Connected to Android Auto
I want to change my destination on my phone while it's connected to my car through Android Auto, but I can’t type directly on the car screen. Currently, I have to unplug the cable to change the destination on my phone, and then plug it back in to reconnect to the car.

School districts input feed for updating their annual schedule and hours of operation changes
Since some school districts can have 85 or more zones and many states have over 20 counties ; managing the school holiday and time schedules can be a very big task.
Recommend getting a special feed set up so school districts can update them.11 votes -
Ability to report wildlife near roadways
In I would assume many places around the world but mainly suggesting this for Australia, there is often wildlife near or around roadways that may cause a hazard to motorists and as I have seen myself, this occurs near bends in roads and it think it would be a great feature to add, so that normal waze users are able to report wildlife that they see so that other motorists in the area are aware of it so that they can keep an eye out to prevent an accident.

Notification distance has been shortened
The distance for notifications has been shortened from 0.5 miles to just 0.3 miles for all alerts. Please move notification distance back to 0.5 miles or even let me set the notification within the app.

Ev charging
Revamp the entire EV charging options/filters/functionality
Many good ideas for improvement already in the suggestion box that should be implemented. There should also be a filter for Tesla stations that are Tesla only, so that those with adapters unable to use those locations can filter them out.11 votes -
Vehicle Type - Van to be added
Under Vehicle Type in Settings, Could there be a vehicle type for Vans that shows the correct speed you can go on certain roads, as in the UK Vans are restricted on speed on certain types of roads like on a national speed limit single carriageway it 50mph for a van instead of 60mph, aswell as a dual carriageway it’s 60mph instead of 70mph.

Improve the Android Automotive version.
I would like the Waze version for Android Automotive to be as good as the mobile version, in addition to adding some options that are necessary while driving.
1-In the Android Automotive version, the radar alerts do not emit any sound, making it completely useless, as you won't be looking at the screen continuously while driving.
Moreover, the other alerts only emit a notification sound, and when it sounds, you have to look at the screen to know what danger is approaching, diverting your attention from the road.
All alerts should be like in the mobile version, with a voice announcing what danger is coming.
2-It would be great to have all the options available in the mobile version, without needing to use the mobile phone to change some settings.
3-It would be wonderful to see the map, directions, and alerts on the cockpit screen behind the steering wheel, and to have the directions and alerts displayed on the heads-up display.
With these changes, Waze for Android Automotive would be something fantastic, just like it already is in the mobile version.

Warning of approaching speed limit sign
We need to have a warning about approaching a speed limit change sign 550m ahead. Like the traffic camera warning ahead. This is very necessary so that drivers can proactively reduce speed from a distance. And the speed limit symbol can be optionally larger in size.

Show the type of place category on the place information screen
Currently Wae does not show the name/type of category a place belongs to when viewing the information screen. This should be included e.g Movie theater, Restaurant etc

Could you do routes for cars and caravans. This should take into account the extra width and the difficulty in reversing along country lanes if you meet an oncoming vehicle

KITT from Knight Rider voice pack
So, it'd be nice to have a "Customize your drive" option that is all Knight Rider...KITT as the voice; KITT as the car icon on the map; And maybe a Knight Rider-y design, to look like KITT's voice modulator or part of the dashboard. Something cool like that...If this is not achievable, at least just the voice would be cool. And it would HAVE to be William Daniels. Either re-record his voice or use the ones he recorded for the Mio Knight Rider GPS back in like 2008. I'm not sure if it would be possible to use those voice files or not, but that would be convenient, since William Daniels is now 97 years old. Anyway, a permanent Knight Rider voice or theme pack would be nice. Not something that's only contracted for a certain amount of time, but something that will continue to be on the app.

Mettre plusieurs etapes sur un trajet
Lorsque je planifié un trajet je ne peux choisir que la ville d'arrivée et c'est wwaze qui choisit le trajet
Mais quand je veux passer par un trajet précis, je voudrais pouvoir choisir les villes par lesquelles je veux faire mon trajet
