Posição do velocímetro é prejudicada pela mensagem de ocorrência de "RADAR'.
A visualização do velocímetro fica prejudicada, ou até mesmo encobertada pela mensagem enorme alertando sobre RADAR'.
Solução proposta é permitir, nas próximas atualizações, que o usuário escolha a melhor posição do Velocímetro no mapa. Ou que o mesmo

Vehicle NOT “car” on side of road
Recent changes to the hazard reporting system has it calling a vehicle on the side of the road always a car, but the majority of the time it’s not a car it seems. Why did it change from vehicle on side of road to car on side of road? It’s like the folks at Waze have never seen a truck.

Highway's Rest Area and Parkings
I would like to propose to include on the maps the location of the Rest Areas and Parking along Highways and Local Roads. This would be really helpfull on long trips.
Also the notification of the nearest Gas station would be an asset to the application.

Try out different voices
It would be awesome, if you could listen to the different voices before choosing one. I can only listen to the voice I chose when I am driving and that’s just not practical I think.

Waze to take electric car battery status into account
I love using Waze, but ever since I have an electric car I need to switch to the car's own navigation system (which is not so good and efficient as Waze). Reason for doing is the fact that the car navigation takes the car battery status into account and calculates a stop-point to recharge the battery. Waze doesn't do this. Meaning, when I would use Waze I would need to use a second app or platform to check where probably I can or need to re-charge the battery. This is not so convenient. Add “avoid freeways” to drop down menu on map screen.
It would be super useful to have the option to avoid freeway’s using the drop down list instead of having to scroll through all the preferences to find it. Especially once you’ve already started driving, and you want to change routes. It’s much more useful than “avoid ferries” when you live in a big city. I have 3 freeways near my home, and when I need to go just a few miles it always wants to put on a freeway just to have me get off one exit later.

Alerte Radar android auto en mode horizontal

Quand est prévue la maj sur Waze pour la prise en compte des zones de dangers (radar) en versions en horizontal sur les smartphones et véhicules. J'explique. Lorsque mon smartphone est vertical, j'ai bien la barre verte mais quand il est en horizontal, ce n'est pas le cas. Beaucoup d'utilisateurs de sont plaints de ça , quand est-ce que les développeurs vont prendre en compte ces revendications ?

TOLL system working as speed trap in Bulgaria
From yesterday the TOLL system(red dot camera) in Bulgaria got an update and now work as a speed trap.
Suggestion is to be made alert for them as a speed traps and not just shown on the map.11 votes -

Import planned route in .gpx format
Some 3rd party apps like "kurviger" allow you to plan nice routes. I need to import them into waze for ride navigation time

Trajectcontrole beter opvolgen
Is het mogelijk om de gemiddelde snelheid weer te geven tijdens een trajectcontrole?
Visueel op het autoscherm en eventueel een bieptoon als de snelheid wordt overschreden.
De groene balk 'die aanduid hoelang de controle nog duurt' die op de telefoon wordt weergegeven komt ook niet op het scherm.11 votes -
Android Auto Dashboard navigation information/Steering wheel control
Make Navigation information available in the Dashboard of the Car.
If I use google maps I have navigation information like "turn left in 400m" in the dashboard (next to the speedometer) and can use the main screen e.g. for music control or other apps.
Would be nice if Waze would also support the additional dashboard options.Also in google maps its possible to select the last locations in the dashboard with buttons on the steering wheel, but not in waze pleas add this also.

My name is Brad and I'm a big fan of Waze. Been using it ever since I discovered it. Thank you for creating such a fun and practical navigating app.
I have a suggestion though, if I may, please can you make an adjustment to where newly saved addresses are shown. When I plan a new journey to a place I put in the address and save it to use later. The update I would like to suggest is to have the latest saved addresses appear at the top of the saved…

Creating option in settings to 'Allow U-turns when available'
Currently in the UK, the Waze app will not suggest a u-turn when it is legal and available, and instead it will reroute you in big, difficult, time-wasting loops. It usually happens when you make a wrong turn or are in a rural area. A simple U-turn can save lots of time and frustration but Waze suggests 10+ minute detours instead. Very frustrating and something the user should have power over, given that the country (The UK in this case) allows u-turns on its roads except when specifically prohibited.

Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Currently Not Planned, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.
We hope to include it in our plans for later down the line.
