Representation of average speed meters in Lithuania
Average speed meters in Lithuania measure not only the average speed in the specified zone, but also the instantaneous speed at the beginning and end of the section. Therefore, the beginning and end of the average speed measuring section should be marked on the map with speedometer symbols.

Show place sub-categories sorted A to Z
When a general category is assigned to a new place, its sub-categories are shown in some constant but not obvious order. I suggest sorting the sub-categories in A-Z order (according to the used language).

Enable Voice alert for approaching Speed bumps
Hello Waze Team,
It would be so helpful for all Wazers to receive Voice alerts when approaching a speed bump so that we can prepare ourselves to slow down before approaching the speed bumps, as actually speed bumps has been added but it does not appear or notify you via voice alert that we are nearing a speed bump.
Grateful to look into adding voice alert when approaching speed bumps.
Thank you,
Kushal

Remove bots from the last editor's username (updated field)
Lately, the last editor who edited an object appears to be a bot. There are a few names for bots: "matching feed 1", "waze-maint-bot", "Avsil".
IMO only human editors should appear as the last editor in the "updated" field. For example, if someone uses a script to filter edits done in the previous month, the filter includes many edits done by a bot, which is not what the user wants to see. The bot's name hides the name of the last human editor.
It is suggested that bots will not appear in the "updated" field.7 votes -
Ability to delete your previous comments inside a map comment
Map Comments allow for conversation, with comments by users. Can we have the ability to delete our own previous comments?

Add DPMs with the Paths feature
Instead of hassling around with segment types and names to get a DPM (Detour Prevention Mechanism) working, a more straightforward approach would be to create a Path, cycle through the possible routes and mark it as DPM. This would be great for intricate structures of parallel routes where you would want to define which routes are greatly preferred.

Edit opening hours
Today we cannot modify opening hours assigned to a place, but have to delete them and add new ones. We need a control to modify opening hours.

Adding Traffic Lights to the Map
It would be very helpful if Waze displayed traffic lights on the map. This feature would allow drivers to better anticipate delays at intersections, adjust their speed smoothly, and avoid sudden braking or collisions. It would also improve the accuracy of travel time estimates and help Waze suggest alternative routes that avoid long red lights or heavy congestion. Additionally, showing traffic lights would assist drivers in timing their turns more effectively, reducing the chance of missing them due to unexpected stops or light changes.

Ability to switch from segment node to junction.
When adding a junction to a segment, the only way now is to add a road and delete it.
clicking a segment and adding a node and being able to toggle that to a junction would make it less messy of adding and deleting roads.7 votes -
Map Editor - More edit room than driving area
Allow editors to have more room to edit than just the area they recently drove. This would allow editors to help each other out better than they currently are. For example I'm a L1 and I've had multiple people help me and they couldn't help edit anything b/c they haven't been to my area which caused confusion when they tried to explain what they see and how to fix it. I've also wanted to help in other areas that I can't drive to on a normal basis and can't because I haven't been there recently. Removing editing restrictions on area…

Work closer with scripters
Develop a closer working relationship with scripters. They provide great tools that make the time we can devote to editing far more productive - UNTIL the scripts are broken when WME is updated. When possible incorporate script functionality into native code.

Revise points awarded for different edit types
Some types of edits are time/labor intensive (adding HNs for example) but earn few points. Others, such as adding RPPs or new streets earn more points and can be done quickly. As a result some edits that really need work but earn few points are neglected. Please take a look at making points earned more equitable based on time/effort needed.

Let's hide roads built in a small number of satellites
Do, please, so that if waze sees at least three satellites, it does not display those tracks in the map editor. It often happens that you forget to disconnect waze and go in the building. Satellite reception quality decreases. And in the editor there is a lot of chaotic tracks around the building. This prevents debris find tracks of roads that were built when waze seen enough satellites for precise positioning.
