Share your ideas: how can we improve the map editor - WME?

  1. Customize report icons

    Customize the display with "favorite" reports. For example when I drive I see many cars on the shoulder it takes 4 touch on my screen to report this. As this is a frequent one I see, I will add this to dashboard screen and when driving just one touch should send this. I would limit to "two icons" in the dashboard :-)

  2. ability to write/entered info while reviewing images in UR

    Hi
    It is difficult when accepting user requests (if they contain a picture) and a name is not entered, for example.. to transfer the name from the shop board and to write at the same time.. because the way pictures are displayed in the map editor prevents you from writing if you only display any A picture, why can't we write in the side panel of the information and at the same time look at the pictures "the store's billboard" and transfer any information from it so that everything is added accurately?

  3. Not a helpful shortcut

    Funneling drivers onto Dinnick Crescent (Toronto) at rush hour instead of continuing to the light at Mt. Pleasant and Lawrence actually creates a worse, or equally bad lineup, as there is no ability to turn left (west) onto Lawrence. The traffic on Lawrence is solid for several blocks and drivers don't make room for those turning left, which then creates a lineup of cars on Dinnick with angry drivers who want to turn right. It would save time to simply stay on Mt. Pleasant and wait for the light.

  4. Add On Road Hazard “slow vehicle”

    We passed two vehicles going less than 50 in a 70 zone with their flashers blinking in the right lane. Allow to add “slow vehicle” hazard in road to alert truckers and others traveling the speed limit.

  5. receive UR's notifications on mobile for new issues

    I mean we're not familiar what users report about unless we open WME to track reports.
    sometimes the problem could be solved by chatting then editors can start apply what needed.
    i don't need to set in front of computer to chat with users and maybe there r not going to respond that time so make it easy for us to receive first notification if users report on a new issue on our mobile, then usually as you know we can chat with them in our phones.

    Note: as a editor i want to know what is going on with…

  6. calculated average speed of average speed segment

    There are some road segments which have average speed cameras. Almost always the human beings unable to calculate average speed, so instead they simply don't exceed the enforced speed, the max speed, not average. In case if there are obstructions, slow vehicles, turning vehicles in the average speed segment, the real average speed may fall significantly below what was requested by Road Code rules.
    Please add indicator of calculated average speed of passing of the current average speed segment

  8. Speed trap reporting

    Our speed traps are in vehicles and not a fixed spot. It would be nice to be able to report the speed trap in app vs going in WME
