When using CarPlay i want using waze on Phone not on CarPlay
When using CarPlay map don't work on Phone, when off on CarPlay waze, not show me map on phone. I want switch map between CarPlay <> Phone. When i Driving on Taxi and check roud better working on Phone, i can faster zoom in, zoom out on phone and change roud, or check alternative street. When i using Uber on Car Play i want using waze on phone.

Streamlining changes for adding house numbers
I'd like to suggest two related changes regarding the addition of house numbers. These are small changes, but in UI design, frictions like this can add up when one is performing the same action over and over.
- Always keep the text field active when selecting a house number point
After clicking to add a house number, the text field to enter the number is automatically active and can be typed in (which is great!) But, when clicking and dragging either the house number itself or the entry point, the cursor goes away, and one has to click the number field…

Please add Japanese "Stop" signs and pedestrian crossings
In Japan, pedestrians are required to stop at places where there are stop signs and at crosswalks where there are pedestrians about to cross. In addition, pedestrians are required to slow down when crossing a crosswalk where it is unclear whether there are pedestrians about to cross. Violating these rules will result in police crackdowns and penalties such as fines being imposed on drivers. Currently, there are also "stop" cameras installed, but I understand that these are intended to draw attention to crackdown points. Instead, I would like to see signs and indications that there are crosswalks.

Select and edit multiple RPPs
When you have a street name changed, HN numbers don't need to be modified.
When you have a street with many RPP, you have to change the street name in each RPP, one by one.
This is also the argument of some publishers who do not want to use residentialIt should be interesting to be able to select many RPP of the same street (with the control key for exemple or an option on the segment) to be able to change the street name in one time and in each RPP.

"Announce Speed Drop" option
A new feature was rolled out recently that automatically announced speed limit changes if the difference in limits was significant. However, I have come across many cases where there's a fast speed limit change that occurs under the announcement threshold, or in cases where announcing the speed limit change would be unnecessary (i.e. turning onto a new street). Similar to how turn instructions are given a dropdown with "waze default," there should be an option to select whether or not a speed limit change is announced on a route. Update links in WME footer - "Get help" and "Editing forum"
In the footer of WME are two links: "Get help" and "Editing forum", which are out of date.
Get help - Redirects to Waze Discuss home page instead of Wazeopedia content on Waze Discuss
Editing forum - The link works currently, but it uses the old phpbb forum link instead of Waze Discuss. Update from http://www.waze.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=8 to https://www.waze.com/discuss/c/editors/waze-map-editors-topics/4930
Low priority fix, I only post this to make my OCD happy.

Allowing a way to requalify a part of a road to pedestrian and pedestrian to road..
A road was re-qualified as pedestrian, but a part of it is still drivable for local.
I was able do split the road in two parts.
But I had to add a new road path for vehicles.
And alter the pedestrian path elsewhere (where there is a pedestrian path) in the same area.The idea is to split a road or a pedestrian path in two or more and be able to switch from one to the other on a part of the path.

Better gas station search
Currently when on a drive and I hit the gas station icon it searches along my route but will give me options that are over 100miles away. Usually when I go to search I want to find one soon and much closer. Also the gas prices that are listed on there and marked as updated same day have been very wrong. They need to get picture confirmation to ensure people are entering in the wrong amounts.

Suggestion: Expand “School Zones” into a Broader “Sensitive Areas” System
Waze already has a great and effective feature: School Zones.
Instead of creating new isolated features, I’d like to suggest expanding this existing model into a broader category called “Sensitive Areas.”
The idea is to reuse the same zone logic (visual boundary + contextual alert) and apply it to other high-attention environments.
Possible New Zone Types:
- Hospital Areas
Frequent ambulance traffic
High pedestrian flow
Need for increased driver awareness
Example alert:
“You are entering a hospital area.”
- Flood-Prone Areas
Roads with recurring flooding history
Could trigger alerts during heavy rain
Prevent vehicle damage and improve routing trust
Example alert:

Add a flag to RTC to warn about the approaching final date
An editor should be able to "subscribe" to a specific RTC in order to receive a note message when the RTC is approaching its final date or is cancelled before the final date.

Prevent segment node merging in certain cases
Just like when the speed limit or name differs between two segments we are trying to merge, merging segments by deleting a node should not be allowed if:
- the segment elevations are different
- the number of lanes is different
- segment alternate addresses are different (or one does not contain an alternate address and one does)
The goal is to prevent segment elevation or routing errors when cleaning up seemingly unnecessary junction nodes in an area.
I might be forgetting some cases, so please feel free to add any relevant ones in the comments!

• Animals on the road
• Animals near the roadside (ditches, shoulders)

Variable Speed Limits
Variable speed limits on motorways should be a feature.
It could be a tick box to add (as a speed camera is), which lets users know the maximum speed limit, but also that it is variable in that section.
And/or, users can report what the variable speed limit is while in a variable speed limit zone. A pop up could come up like for petrol station prices.With enough responses, the most chosen speed limit can be shown to the users as the variable speed limit, and/or used to indicate whether the app will alert the user with sound for…

Waze Head up display
When I make a route with an app like Apple maps or Google maps in Carplay. I can follow the navigation on my Mercedes head up display. However, this is not the case with Waze. This would certainly be an added value.

Virtual Cockpit Audi MMI
Hello, so nowadays there are updates on AUDI virtualCockPit to see waze on dashboard and not only in MMI display.
It works perfectly, but the buttons on the wheel is not working not zooming in, zooming out.
MMI version:
MHI2QERAUG22_P5092it's working through carplay. Point is that google maps are working perfectly with wheel buttons to zoom in and zoom out. it's waze's app issue and not audi.

First-Time WME Login Tour / Tutorial
Create a tour/tutorial screen that pops up when a user logs in to the editor for the first time. The screen would be greyed out except for highlighted areas, where a chat bubble would explain what that button/area in the editor is for. It would also provide the means to have the editor engage the community through the forum or Wazeopedia.
For example:
- "This is the layers button. You can turn on extra layers to see roads, places, comments from other editors, etc."
