Respect newlines/paragraphs in the initial base text of Map Comments
Please make WME respect newlines entered in the initial base text of a Map Comment. Currently, WME preserves newlines entered in the comments following the initial base text, but not in the base text itself. Paragraph structure makes text easier to read, so please let us use it when creating Map Comments.

Thanks for your query! The suggestion refers to the initial base text. This is the opening text, not the follow-on replies. Your screenshot shows follow-on replies.
Your screenshot appears to be from a UR conversation, not a Map Comment, but I just verified that the behavior is the same. This image shows a new UR I just created. The opening text and the reply were both entered with two paragraphs. However, as you can see, the newline in the opening text is not respected. Only the newline in the reply is respected.

I believe the post is for the Title and comment box. if you use a hard return or carriage return these are not respected when you save. all of the text just runs together.

If it type-
1. line 1
2. line 23. line 4
it looks like after saving -
1. line 1 2. line 2 3. line 4 -

When you look at it in the editing view, the new lines display just fine. But once you deselect and look at the field again, everything is merged. Select the box and the new lines are visible again.
Good suggestion.
