"Sharp" Turn Instruction
Create a "sharp" turn instruction. Similar to "keep" instructions being an angle <44 degrees, a sharp turn instruction could be one greater than 135 degrees but less than 170 (which would be u-turn). Other apps already have this instruction and it would greatly complement lane guidance visuals that use the sharp left/right turn symbol. Alternatively, it could be provided only as a TIO for use only where the community finds appropriate.
We are looking into this suggestion's feasability and will update when we have some answers.

Just to revisit this, here is an example. At node B, the user hears "turn right" for both Brighton Road or Delaware Road. While lane guidance can differentiate the right angle and acute angle turns, a user may not be looking at their screen. Having a turn sharp/full right would help differentiate the instructions and match the display of lane guidance. https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=42.99080&lon=-78.87349&zoomLevel=19&segments=68434700

@umopapisdn No, this would be a turn instruction at an intersection with a sharp angle, not a hazard alert for a bend/curve in a road

is this request covered by the 'sharp curve' in Permanent Hazards?

"Turn full right/ left"
(in French : "Tourner à fond à droite / gauche")

@YogiJB This is for a verbal turn instruction, which is why I brought in the proposed angles and TIO it could work with
And thanks Sanjay 🤣

@YogiJB: whoitspete, nzahn1 and machete808 keep looking for a higher ranking editor than themselves in discord, but they can never find them on. 🤣

It's already available in Lane Guidance, but that's a R4+ feature.

I was at an intersection this week where 5 segments converge -- a "sharp" instruction would have clarified for anyone who may not be "watching the purple line" at that point (and how could you, while also watching all the traffic?).

A very sharp idea!
