Add map comments to the "All issues" section
It would be great to have all map comments in one place, and the all issues sections seems perfect for this. Include some filters like comment type (point, area), comment expiration date, comment creator (me, other), etc.

I was just asking about this at our meetup in SER/TER this past weekend. I'll add a little more context here on how I use would like to use this.
With UR/MP you could search an area for Map Comments. We used this quite often to make notes of places to come back to for editing. i.e. When I'm working UR/PUR's etc and I see a road that should be divided, I add a Map Comment with <--> and put in the comments/title "Divide". This way I can search UR/MP for 'divide' and I get a list of areas we need to divide. This missing from Issue Tracker is a huge miss. Please keep the progress and I look forward to testing it!

The FILTER MAP ISSUES should make clear which choices select things to HIDE and which choices select things to SHOW.
The 'hide and show' options of FILTER MAP ISSUES is NOT currently clear and I find its functioning quite confusing at times.

Add Map Comments (MC) to Issue tracker in WME in same way as UR, PUR, MP, ES
