   Waze CAUSES a problem by SHOWING some stop signs/traffic lights on the Waze users map, (locations are computed using driving data and/or Google Map information) while NOT allowing Volunteer map editors to add/correct them.

   Drivers think that missing ones need to be reported but there is nothing we can do about such reports.

   Unfortunately, when the user marks a place as 'closed' the ONLY options we are presented with are to 'DELETE the place' or 'reject the PUR'. Quite often something needs to be done and the user should get credit for reporting a problem but we are unable to 'fix' what needs fixing without REJECTING the PUR. The other option is to delete the place and then create a new place putting out much more work and spending time so the submitter gets credit for their work that would not need to be spent if we could just modify the existing place AND give the submitter credit for their work.

   Good to know something is being done. Hopefully a solution will be found that takes care of this and of my suggestion that was not accepted.
