Add "above" number of days since last comment filter to Issue Tracker
In the Issue Tracker, we have "Last 30 Days" and "Last 7 Days" options in the "Last comment time". This filters out the URs since the last comments were before 30 or 7 days.
Can we have another filter for "Above <number> of Days" ago?
The number of days on the Last and Above options should be configurable for the user. As such, if I enter 3, I should see all URs with Last Comment that was made more than 3 days ago.
We can use a between-dates filter, but this must be changed daily. If we have the above option, this wouldn't need changing.
Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Being we have 30 and 7 days already, it really shouldn't be much to add a custom attribute and even a ranged attribute (ie. within last 3 days, but no longer than 7 days (or something)
Wouldn't definitely help attended to URs (and PURs) without the need for additional scripts/scripts running in the background

I strongly encourage Waze to revisit your decision as to suitability to the roadmap - having an ability to search variable date range is a must, especially for those that manage quantity of URs - we need better tools from Waze to be able to differentiate URs based on age, especially mandatory when you have 100's of URs on your plate Please consider those editors who manage URs on bulk

This could presumably also be done as a "Between" dates filter. For instance, in conjunction with URC-E, I filter for URs that have a comment between NN and 7 days ago in order to close them. I use another script to automatically populate the dates as my saved filter obviously does not advance the date by itself.

I hope this can be revisited sometime in the future, this would be a great improvement as editors are always looking for ways to either not have to rely on userscripts to do something that can be easily done natively. I would love to be able to have a saved filter for "Last comment by me over 7 days ago" so I know to close out old UR's. Currently you have to select the dates each time, having a relative filter would be amazing to have it saved and not a process I forget to check because I have to set the filters manually each time.

Not having the functionality requested is not critical - we can work around it using the between-dates filter as described, but providing it would remove the need to update those dates everyday and improve editors' productivity.

This is one of the functions from scripts URO+ and URC-e (based on URO+ filtering) that is always my standard filter setup. We might not need the full filtering capabilities from those scripts, but this is one that should have been available from the start based on typical guidelines for UR response, closure, etc.
