An error occurred while saving the comment Not having the functionality requested is not critical - we can work around it using the between-dates filter as described, but providing it would remove the need to update those dates everyday and improve editors' productivity.

An error occurred while saving the comment There is clearly confusion on the part of users as to what adding permits does. When removing permits, a helpful note is shown. There is no similar help to understanding what adding passes does.

An error occurred while saving the comment Why should cyclists on the road be considered a hazard? They've as much right to be on the road as the motorist in most circumstances. It almost suggests that motorists shouldn't expect to encounter slower-moving road users (pedestrians, farm tractors, herds of sheep?) except as an unusual occurrence, whereas the reality is that all motorists should be managing their speed based on road conditions and other users, particularly as they're in control of a heavy steel box capable of causing death and significant injury.
