"All Issues" should have an editable area & level restricted (permissional area) filter.
I'm liking the new "All Issues" section but it needs another filter where I can filter out all the stuff I can't edit due to permissions such as areas outside my editable areas and level restricted edits.
I'm currently a L1 and want to move up higher but not having the ability to only see what I can edit, it's time consuming going through them all.

I want to be able to use 'FILTER MAP ISSUES' to see issues anywhere in my 'Managed Area'.
Currently it forces me to ALSO specify the state.
I want it to show me issues ANYWHERE in my managed area NOT limited to a specific state.
It is fine to allow those that want to limit it to specific states to be able to do so, but please allow us to choose one OR MORE or ALL states in our managed area.

I see staff marked this as not planned, but with WME updates breaking scripts such as URC-E this is more important than ever. You can't use the issues tracker reliably to work URs and PURs since it recenters on every click and offers more and more items that are out of the editing area. The issues tracker isn't very useful if all of the issues it offers are ones I can't impact due to my editing area.

yes, an editable area filter is extremely useful as there can be a lot of issues that you have to search among in order to find one in an editable area, and it is time-consuming.
