UR User Preference Panel - Combine passes/permits into expendable list
Since User Preferences have been introduced into User Reports, solving URs has become much easier. One drawback is that the list can be extremely long if a user has many passes or permits, forcing the input field well off the bottom of the screen. One example found recently has 722 passes, as shown in this video:

Our suggestion is that passes are combined into one initial entry - "added passes", and there is an option to select it, which opens up the list.

I agree that excessive info should be trimmed / collapsed, but certain information should still be shown, such as the user's language setting, type of vehicle, avoid preferences, etc.

There is clearly confusion on the part of users as to what adding permits does. When removing permits, a helpful note is shown. There is no similar help to understanding what adding passes does.
