Allow option to disable new editor help
With a recent release of WME Production, a new feature (pop up box at the bottom of the screen saying "Click on map to start drawing, double click to finish drawing") was added for new editors to teach let them know what to do when they are creating a new segment. This feature is great and should be there for all new editors.
My suggestion would be to disable this feature for all L2 and higher editors since they should already know how to do create new segments.

Great for new editors; a nuisance for the rest of us.
And, I agree with turbomkt . . . it could also be disabled after a predetermined number of segment additions (100? 500? by an editor. If they don't have it figured out by then . . .

This could also be based on a minimum number of segments added by the editor.
