    Just a quick note: it is not a bad idea to create Slippery road instead of ice or oil on road hazard.

    As slippery road can be applied to much more hazards!

    Also ability to add different road signs using map editor would be really neat. So Wazers could also map road-signs where they are located. This is good option but will take a lot of effort on your part, as different countries have different road-signs. This is what I mean: http://www.gross.lv/lv/theory-topic.html?topic=31

    Also you can add - speed Breaker (we call them lying policeman)
