At the moment, that would be possible by assigning parking lots for visitors vs. residents. The driver would need to know to search for the correct parking lot (the person inviting the guest would typically need to tell the invitee about it.)

Yes, this would save loads on time. Even having ad pins appear in WME would be a great start (similar way to the Google Maps link.)
Then, when hovering over the link, just like the Place Interface Enhancements offers, see when an ad pin is too far away from the actual Place.
Actually editing the ad pin should be something for R5 and up probably.YogiJB supported this idea ·

This looks like a bug, rather than a feature suggestion.

Google has done this both in Maps and (now defunct) MapMaker: with every movement (zooming, dragging, selecting) the address in the address bar is updated. This way, hitting F5 will always get you to the last view.
Additionally, I sometimes try to generate several PLs, I sometimes forget to update the PL, so I'm copying the same PL twice, only to discover later that one PL didn't get generated. So the above suggestion would avoid such mistakes.

You should correct the address on Google Maps as well.
In my city, the biggest issue is with interrupted streets and the way they are named in Google Maps. If the name is slightly different between sections, or missing a translation, it can screw up everything.Ideally there should be a way for WME editors to send tickets to Google Maps, other than the existing methods for any Google Maps user.

Agreeing with Alex: no need for unique email addresses. Simply having the system filter for the UR ID code would be sufficient.
The poor reply rate is frustrating and in big cities, simply having URs sitting around waiting for replies that never come makes it harder to view new URs that yet need an initial message from the local map volunteers.

Hey,
We would like to get some examples with permalinks in order to be able to check this suggestions.
Any example will be highly appreciated.
Thank you!

Wonders of Winter is more an event than a place. The place is Waterloo Park.
That said, the park should be updated to have several entrances and the user should select the correct entrance (but this feature is only available on iOS for the moment.)
Also note that Wonders of Winter is not listed in Waze. This search result is actually supplied by Google Place ID. You can submit your correction to Google Maps. Also note that, while driving, the best way to communicate issues to local map editing volunteers is hitting the "Map Issue" report button. If you can't type while on the road, keep your eye on your notifications after the drive, as the map editors will write to your Waze inbox (in your profile settings) to ask what is the precise issue.
At the moment, that would be possible by assigning parking lots for visitors vs. residents. The driver would need to know to search for the correct parking lot (the person inviting the guest would typically need to tell the guest about it.)
For commercial places, this would be done by using multiple entrance points with correct descriptions. (Which, unfortunately, still isn't rolled out for Android.)
Also note that, while you can add an entry point for a loading dock, Waze doesn't support the use in trucks, nor is it planning too due to too many legal implications.
