I would like "high winds" as an option...they are frequently a problem in my area. Sometimes the gusts will push your car into the next lane! And they can be a real problem if you have a high profile vehicle or a motorcycle.

I live in an area where, due to the geography, there are quite a few cellular dead spots. One of these is a dangerous mountain pass. However, I cannot report hazardous conditions or accidents in this area because I lack a network connection. The client should cache this report and upload it once a network connection is re-established.
I have this issue too, particularly in one rather dangerous mountain pass. I cannot report dangerous conditions (i.e., stopped vehicles...there are no shoulders) or accidents because I don't have a network connection. My connection isn't re-established until I'm about five miles away. Also, on a recent trip to Lake Havasu there were many stretches without cellular coverage...and I couldn't report anything.
