An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedIt would be good to report an accident that closed a road, or construction that closed a road. With all the nice features WAZE has it does not seem to deal with the emergency shutdown of a road or exit well.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI find it incredibly annoying that it will constantly tell me which lane to be in.. or "stay on 95 south for 3 miles" when really it means "stay on 95 for the next 10 hours"
My suggestion is to have a basic directions mode that could be enabled. In this mode it would not give you any further warnings audibly until the next change of route number. This is going to be helpful when you are traveling long distances on the same highway.
Why this is an issue: i find often this will tell me to stay in the left lane because there is an exit for a completely different route coming up. Nobody would ever think that was the way to go because it is literally an exit and a different route number.
I do see the wisdom of having the feature warn you when the hwy litterly splits. For example coming from CT into Boston up US 95 North there are multiple lanes that go left and mulitple lanes that go right. I would be ok with the app warning me about that. But not to tell me that some county route 3 is passing over the US 95 route.

why not partition the city to put restrictions on the road "no through traffic" 6am-10am 3pm-6pm or (something like that) they do this all over boston. Many roads say "local traffic only" or no right turn b/t this time and that time. or no through traffic. Very simple way to get around that.
