    Aqui no te daran respuesta a lo que comentas. Intenta levantar un reporte en el menu > Presiona Ayuda y comentarios > Informar un problema.

    Esas alertas solo la puede colocar editores de niveles mayores.
    La característica si existe
    Respecto a una vía cerrada puedes colocar un Error de Mapa y te lo atienden sin estar en el sitio, pero las alertas de policía y vehículo si debes estar en el sitio

    Puedes generar una Solicitud de actualizacion (Nube Naranja), explicando donde encontraste el cierre y un editor local te ayudara
