    Offline navigation is a necessary feature for many large areas and some popular tourist attractions such as the Grand Canyon. Last time I went there if I hadn't downloaded an offline map from Google maps before my trip I would have gotten there and then when I left had no idea where to go since Waze can't calculate a route offline.

  2. Store reports created offline for short period. I.E. Police reports and accidents, see comments
