I might be wrong but previous advice given on the forums would indicate that Waze is intended for use in regular vehicles only, not for use in semis. Other suggestions that would be helpful to such vehicles were normally rejected for that reason.

The 3 URs around that junction were all after 6pm when the restrictions no longer apply. I've missed that before when responding to UR

I think this is a good suggestion, URs can linger on the map for a long time after a road has already been reopened (either before the end date or ending as scheduled.) Having the closure data available would help add context to editors dealing with these.

I would very much like to see this feature. Quite often I've seen an editor dealing with a UR and I want to add some context for them but my only choices were writing to the reporter also or dropping a comment next to the UR and hoping the editor saw it.
