Train
I see suggestions for reporting trains, and the responses from Waze are that railroad crossings are now available. However, I would love if we could report when a train is actually there or if Waze was somehow able to detect trains / train schedules and find alternate routes one day. Knowing railroad crossings are helpful, but when there’s a train it could delay ~15 minutes to the route so it would be great to be notified of an active train or be able to report it

satellite errorI "lern" roads by using front camera
Hi - so my idea is about dealing trouble with satellite error. I think that a good solution will be to "lern" roads by using front camera that in times (like this days in israel) that there is no single "waze" will continue working based on recognizing place from front camera and placed the location on the map based on data that our system got by learning the view from previous drivers.

Disable speed limit change banners
After last update every time when approaching speed speed limit change the bottom part goes red and there is a thermometer showing the speed limit.
It is impossible to turn it off!
It overrides all current information.
That red banner grabs attention what happened making driving very dangerous!
It is necessary to be able to disable this feature as well as speed limit signs on the map! We need less distraction on the map, more attention to the road!1 vote -
"Can't verify email" Error received
If you are installing Waze on a second device, and email is received on primary device, you CANNOT click the Verify email button on Primary. You must receive and open the verification email on the same device on which you are trying to install, else you receive the bogus error, "Can't verify email" on the primary device. This is a design flaw that should be fixed.
Until then, this odd requirement should be made clear to the installer in the Verify email - that it tell the person installing/opening the email that the email must be accessed from the same…

Search along current route changed?
During a route, Waze used to search along the current route for my search term and give results +minutes off route but now it seems to have just changed to +minutes away from current location. If I am leaving Chicago on a 1 hour drive into the suburbs and I would like to find ice cream along my route, now I have to wait until outside of the city in the area I think there might be one to start searching whereas before it would give me locations say 30 mins along the route but which ice cream is 0…

Ik merk dat ik steeds moet zoeken wanneer ik tijdens een ingestelde route mijn app wil afsluiten omdat ik het vanaf dat moment wel weet. Ik kan de afsluit knop niet vinden en sluit de app dan af via mijn tabbladen in mijn telefoon.

Auto-pause voice-nav-alert prompts based on GPS speed
While temporarily stopped for fuel, groceries, restroom breaks, it's annoying to hear turn left at State Road 19 navigation prompts from my back pocket. Can you automatically silence voice prompts based on gps speed? Of course this would need to be a user preference config. I saw a manual pause feature request, but I imagine drivers would get annoyed if they forget to re-enable it. The tech exists to auto-pause / auto-resume.

Street number recognition
It would be great if Waze took you to the street number entered and not anywhere in the street. It is especially challenging on long roads, or if it's a t -Junction and you don't know whether to turn.left or right.

Optimize route for ease of driving , safety
At present there is no account of how difficult a route is ie windy , how many intersections or how dangerous ie windy or heavy traffic.
The routes options do display shortest time and shortest distance.

Bugs
I have multiple issues.
When wake boots up sometimes the Home box just is black and I want to search for something and select go but I won't because that box is still up. Go to the screen and finally it will dissappear then I can search and go to the location I chose. It's very slow with searching and when I do it hardly shows the correct results unlike Google maps it will populate wjat I'm looking for. Also half the time it don't give you an option to scroll and look for the location you want it fits…1 vote -

Budapesten a Váci úton az M0 felé haladva az Óceánárok kereszteződés után van egy 60-as tábla, majd kb. 80 m után Budapest vége tábla, de a Waze továbbra is a 60 km/h-s korlátozást jelzi., ami helytelen. Kérem javítását.

the operation of the classification tape has changed adversely
It is unpleasant that the meaning of the upper ribbon has changed during navigation. So far, the classification signal has shown in which lane I should move according to my current situation. This has changed and now it shows that at some point, when I have to change direction, in which lane I will have to be classified. This is very distracting while driving and dangerous for accidents. Von Usern eingegebene Straßenblockaden sind 192 Tage nachher noch sichtbar als solche, obwohl sie längst nicht mehr existieren. Das gehört schnell geändert. (Es wurde nur etwas gegraben in der Straße damals, und man hätte das auch leicht kleinräumig umfahren können)

צריך להפריד בכבישי אגרה בין סוגים שונים. רוב הישראלים למשל יעדיפו לא ליסוע במנהרות הכרמל אבל כן בכביש 6 (כי כביש 6 חוסך בדרך כלל הרבה יותר זמן ולכן שווה את זה)
